Stability

Psalm 91

¹HE WHO ^[a]dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand].

²I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I [confidently] trust!

I find this scripture to be comforting because some times ‘stability’ seems unattainable, or like a distant memory. These verses remind me that stability in all areas of life is attainable as long as I dwell in the ‘secret place’. In the midst of a world that is so unstable, and unsure it brings great comfort knowing that there is a refuge, and fortress that I can lean and rely on with CONFIDENCE!!!!
