I say that with a smile because that statement sounds funny (to me), but the reality is that feeling that life sucks is really NOT a laughing matter.  My word of encouragement is really that life doesn’t have to suck, and it’s important that we each consider what we are doing that contributes to this idea/feeling.

Thinking negative thoughts will result in feeling negative about life, so we’ve got to learn how to STOP doing it.  For the person who is accustomed to thinking negative thoughts it might seem hard to stop doing at first, but trust me when I tell you that if you make it a point EVERY day to be more aware of what you’re thinking about, slowly but surly you will begin to get a handle on these negative thoughts, and learn to replace them with positive, uplifting, and truthful thoughts instead.

Just take it one thought at a time!
